    Description
    A highly regarded insurance provider is looking to expand their team with an experienced Broker Development Manager.

    The role will be responsible for bringing on new brokers, as well as managing and servicing the existing broker panel to ensure growth and profitability across various commercial lines.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team within a big name business, and have the opportunity to make the role your own.


    Responsibilities include:
    Managing and developing relationships across the existing broker panelEnsure growth and profitability across the panelWork closely with members of the underwriting and senior leadership team on sales strategyWorking towards personal and team targetsHost and attend social events for brokers and key clientsRequirements:Business development experience within the insurance industry is essential Have a good understanding of the MGA set upAbility to deliver financial targets Excellent time and diary management skillsExcellent organisation skillsExcellent relationship managementExcellent communication skills
