- Ownership of all Paid Social campaigns across our key social media platforms from targeting, budget optimisation, creative execution and overall performance to meet channel targets
- Constantly analysing campaign, adset and creative performance to pull out key metrics to inform optimisations and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work across all territories understanding the strongest localised creative or targeting strategy
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports getting into the detail of the Paid Social data and communicating highlights and lessons with the wider team and senior stakeholders
- Support and collaborate with the creative team to generate new ideas and strategies for paid social campaigns
- Develop close relationship with wider marketing teams to ensure a consistent campaign message across every customer touchpoint
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and advancements, making proactive suggestions on how we can improve our Paid Social proposition
- Support the Head of Performance with day to day management of our Display and Affiliate activity
- 4+ years in a Paid Social role with strong knowledge across meta, TikTok and Pinterest
- Fantastic knowledge of Paid Social from campaign set up to optimisation of campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Paid Search, Affiliates and Display is desirable

Our client, a hugely successful online fashion retailer has a new opportunity for a Paid Media Manager. This is a new role that sits within the Performance Marketing team and reports directly into the Head of Performance. The Paid Media Manager will oversee Paid Social activity across channels such a Meta, Tiktok & Pinterest with exposure to Paid Search, Affiliates & Display identifying opportunities to optimise the current set up and grow campaigns globally.
We are looking for someone who is highly analytical who can measure and report on Paid Social performance against targets set but also with a creative mindset ensuring on-brand best in class creative and copy. This role will also have exposure to Affiliates and Display advertising supporting the Head of Performance.
