Their team is committed to exceeding client expectations through meticulous planning, efficient execution, and superior project management.

    They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of mechanical project management, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.

    Manage all aspects of mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.


    • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and present them to clients for approval.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the project team and across the organization.


    Proven experience in mechanical project management within the construction or engineering industry, preferably with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems.


    • Confidence managing project values from £1M-10M.
    • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
    • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project challenges.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
