- Working with various commercial and industrial fuel equipment, including tanks, pipelines, pumps, gauges, monitoring systems, polishing, and sampling.
- Tank cleaning, fuel sampling, high-pressure jetting, commissioning and decommissioning, and remedial work on commercial fuel tanks.
- Preparing detailed site and survey reports (RAMS) and ensuring that all activities comply with all statutory health and safety requirements and the company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Monitoring stock levels, such as PPE and equipment used.
- Fuel sampling and analysis, fuel filtering to the required specification, and undertaking site surveys and customer visits.
- A valid driver's license free of endorsements.
- Excellent physical stamina as this role involves lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
- Flexibility with travel, including overnight stays. Travel expenses and overtime paid.
- CSCS Green Labourer Card.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of relevant safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and under various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confined spaces (High Risk) trained.
- Working at height trained.
- Previous experience in fuel tank cleaning, high-pressure hydrojetting or a related field.
