- Lead the Building Regulation Compliance Documents (BRCD) services, ensuring alignment with the Building Safety Act
- Maintain compliance trackers for building regulations across each project, overseeing design development
- Stay abreast of evolving building regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance, particularly regarding updates to fire safety guidance and compliance
- Coordinate input from project team members and consultants regarding compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal project teams to meet BRCD deadlines and protocols effectively
- Identify areas for improvement in office systems and policies, supporting their progression
- Have at least 4-6 years post qualification experience either as an Architect, Architectural Technologist or relevant Construction Professional
- Have excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Possess up to date knowledge of the Building Safety Act
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and visual communication skills
- Show passion for architectural excellence and desire to positively impact communities
- Have the right to live and work in the UK

Based in their central London office, this role is ideal for an experienced senior or project architect who has led projects through all RIBA Work Stages, particularly in the delivery of large scale projects on site. In this position, you will be at the forefront of ensuring technical design and compliance across several projects, supported by a dynamic team of architects and management professionals.
