    Description

    We are in search of an outstanding Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes for a business operating across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

    Role Overview:
    - Strong administration experience with a natural talent for consistently meeting customer expectations.
    - General administrative tasks: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
    - Maintaining accurate records on Sage Accounts.
    - Recording all customer sales transactions and following up on outstanding payments.
    - Coordinating payments to suppliers and handling queries.
    - Reconciling company bank accounts, credit cards, and making payments.
    - Assisting with stock takes and managing travel arrangements for site fitters.
    - Managing all orders, providing customer quotes, and creating work orders for production.
    - Creating weekly planning schedules and reports.
    - Conducting After Care Sales follow-ups with customers.
    Essential Requirements:
    - Excellent word processing and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.


    Desired Skills:
    - Previous finance experience.
    - Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous.

    Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, with an early finish at 2:30 pm on Fridays. For a detailed job description, please reach out to Judith at Employmint.
