Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Weds/Thurs at our office in the heart of Camden Town, 5 mins from Camden Town tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.

Job Purpose

As the E-Commerce Trading Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the E-Commerce Trading Manager and the wider E-Commerce team. Reporting to the E-Commerce Trading Manager, your focus will be on assisting with the execution of strategies and initiatives to optimise the trading performance of the company's branded E-Commerce channel, Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our digital marketing strategies, maximising channel sales, and supporting projects that drive traffic, improve website conversion, and foster customer engagement and retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our E-Commerce, which is the core sales channel of our fast-growing DTC-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the E-Commerce Trading Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Email Marketing, Affiliates, Paid Search, Paid Social and Display Advertising.
Assist inthe creation, deployment, and management ofemail newsletters, including campaign planning, content creation, segmentation, testing, and analysis to drive engagement and sales.
Help maintain and develop relationships with keyaffiliate partners.
Help maintain up-to-date market and competitor knowledge to identify and suggest new opportunities for business growth.
Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of trading performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with our Brand Engagement (organic marketing) team to ensure effective campaign execution around sales events, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
Participate in the suggestion and execution of A/B testing across marketing channels, website pages and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Support the maintenance of the data collection strategy for the website and CRM, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the E-Commerce team and contribute to the company's digital marketing and sales goals.

What You'll Have

Previous experience in an E-Commerce or digital marketing role.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous:

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, particularly in emailmarketingand affiliate marketing.
An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga
Experience working in the health and fitness and/or yoga industry
Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing ecommerce business
