    Job Description

    Finance Director

    • Central London
    • Multi-site & multi-brand hospitality
    • Up to £120k

    We're excited to be working with this incredible, international, fast-growing hospitality group. As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director. You will be a driven and proactive individual with relevant post-qualification experience to lead the finance team from the front. You will have a hands-on approach and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow management
    • Lead and implement key financial strategies and initiatives
    • Develop and lead the Finance Team
    • Build bespoke financial models
    • Ensure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in place
    • Ability to work flexibly, quickly adapting to developments and able to apply judgement
    • Strong technical financial accounting skills
    • Responsible for quarterly board pack reporting
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision-making and drive business growth
    • Liaise with external parties e.g. bank, external auditors, tax advisors

    Candidate Profile

    • ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
    • Proven track record of success as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and risk management
