    Description
    My Client is a dynamic agricultural business. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager

    to join their team and play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic planning of the organization.

    As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and compliance of Operations
    Your role will encompass meticulous financial planning, accurate reporting, and effective

    By overseeing budgeting, audits, and day-to-day financial operations, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing their financial strategy.

    Annual External Audit File Preparation
    Oversee journals, balance sheet reconciliations, asset register, etc.
    – Verify accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    Tax and VAT Submissions
    Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting
    – Prepare monthly management accounts by the 15th of each month.
    – Conduct deep analysis on specific cost/revenue items.
    – Generate ad-hoc reports as required.
    Financial Management & Operational Support
    – Proactively manage Suppliers and Customer accounts
    – Collaborate with treasury for weekly cashflow management.
    – Oversee asset management for buildings, infrastructure, equipment and vehicles.
    Line management of Bookkeepers & financial assistants.
    – Delegate selected financial & administration functions to staff.
    – Provide operational and financial support to all production team members, fostering peer communication.
    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    – Professional qualification and completed articles (CA/CIMA/PA) will be beneficial.
    – Proven experience in financial management.
    – Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
    – Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
