    Description

    Consumer Additions are partnering with a reputable brand in the search for a proactive, empathic and strategic-minded individual to join as a Head of Human Resources.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, ensuring the effective implementation of policies and procedures, and providing strategic direction to support the company's objectives and growth, as well as aligning with Group standards and local UK requirements.

    Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and values.
    Lead, manage and further develop the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development

    Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition, on boarding, and retention strategies, including management of third party recruitment suppliers and partners.

    Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing advice and insights on HR matters to support decision-making and business objectives.

    Align HR practices and initiatives and leverage best practices across the organization.
    Oversee compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards and ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
    Manage HR metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    Represent the company in HR-related matters, both internally and externally, including industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    To maintain and build upon the Management relationships established.
    Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within medium to large sized company with international operations.
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field; Master's degree preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives and actions.
    Proactive and results-oriented, with a track record of driving positive change and delivering impactful HR solutions.
    Willingness to travel occasionally for duty trips and meetings with international counterparts.
