    Description
    Senior Architect | Chester | Up to £80,000

    Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our newest client as they continue to invest heavily in the development of their next generation software products.

    As Solution Architect you will provide technical oversight for the delivery and execution of our clients cloud and associated web platforms, collaborating with experts in a variety of fields while assisting development teams in the development, scope, planning and validation of technical requirements.

    If you can advise leadership on technical matters impacting scope, effort estimation, cost justification, and quality management and can actively participate in program-level strategic discussions concerning system design and the selection/governance of suppliers and partners whilst promoting a strong team mentality then this job opportunity should be for you.

    Architects will also be required to drive scalable technical designs in adherence with project timelines, requirements, user stories, while guiding the prioritisation, evaluation and recommendation of new technologies and services to reduce technical risk ahead of formal development.

    As Senior Architect you will have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, microservices, cloud computing , as well as proven experience as a Solutions Architect of at least 1 year with demonstrable software delivery leadership in a complex business and technical environment with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall models and modern web technologies.

    Architects MUST have proven experience writing high quality object orientated code in .NET / Visual Studio coupled with experience of Single Page Applications; TypeScript, Bootstrap coupled with knowledge of Service API development, REST/JSON, Web API with good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data modelling
