    We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven European Commercial Marketing Manager to oversee the creation and execution of Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives that accelerate our firm's growth.

    The Opportunity

    As Commercial Marketing Manager you will develop and execute commercial initiatives targeted at key European accounts, across digital and physical channels, working closely with the business, business development and country marketing leads.

    You will be part of a team of three, reporting into our European Head of Marketing Growth and leveraging the support of a marketing coordinator.

    The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, an ability to work with individuals across multiple functions, possess an entrepreneurial streak and a track record of leading successful ABM programmes.

    Who we're looking for:

    • You'll have a minimum of five years' experience in ABM programmes working across practices, groups, and/or regions
    • You'll be experienced in working with CRM and marketing automation systems – excellent PowerPoint skills are also required
    • Proven experience of leading, running and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives - strong program and project management skills will be essential
    • You'll be an extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills and be strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
    • The ability to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs is expected
    • You'll have strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts

    Specific responsibilities of the role -

    The role is a new addition to our European Marketing function, and you will be able to tailor it to your vision and strategy; your remit will also develop and grow over time, in conjunction with the firm's growth and ABM plans that will arise.

    Initially this role will focus in two areas, firstly establishing Oliver Wyman's European ABM function, and secondly driving two initiatives that grow our European Finance and Risk footprint within target accounts:

    • Establish European ABM agenda: determining and agreeing OW's European ABM approach, a shift towards a strong synergy between marketing and sales
    • Grow our European Finance and Risk footprint within target accounts through:
      • Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Incubator: A first of its kind one-year programme aimed at accelerating the careers of the CROs of the future
      • Finance & Risk Alumni network build in collaboration with the Alumni team: Systematic engagement of our F&R alumni to build a strong sense of community and strengthen the links of this group to the firm
