You are a Project Controls professional with experience on major capital programmes or large portfolios in the infrastructure, real estate, energy & natural resources or defence sectors.

You want to transform our clients' approach to project-programme-portfolio management (P3M) by implementing digital solutions.

You will combine your knowledge of setting up project controls 'ways of working' with your digital transformation and P3M system implementation experience to maximise successful outcomes and investment returns for our clients.

We are seeking to recruit talented individuals at consultant/ senior consultant/ principal consultant grades, who feel their experience and capabilities could support Digital Controls transformations for our clients.

As part of our Digital Controls team you will be expected to:

• Assess current challenges and determine client requirements;
• Implement established P3M methodologies, processes, tools and systems that enables the client to achieve desired outcomes;
• Embed changes in client enterprises by supporting stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities;
• Continuously improve our Digital Controls platform(s) and advisory services;
• Produce documents/deliverables and reports to support findings and recommendations across various stages of client engagements;
• Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually;
• Participate in various business generation activities such as bids, proposals, etc. and work closely alongside senior management and the wider Turner & Townsend team;
• Support marketing and social media campaigns (employee advocacy) where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in line with the below, but we are open to enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who want to pursue a successful consultancy career, keen on enabling clients to achieve successful outcomes.

• Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience;
• Experience leading the establishment or transformation of project controls 'ways of working';
• Experience in the specification or implementation of project controls or P3M solutions;
• Large capital projects/ programmes experience covering multiple project controls functions (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance reporting) in the infrastructure, real estate, energy & natural resources or defence market sectors or similar;
• Experience of business transformations and associated change management activities;
• Familiarity with supporting P3M capability/ maturity assessments in project-focused businesses;
• Literacy in office productivity software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office and Teams or similar) and diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart or ;
• Possess an analytical mindset; being a confident data manipulator and presenter (SQL, Power Query/ Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc. advantageous)
• Experience with specialist project management or project controls & performance software in one or more of the following categories:
• Take-off, measurement & estimating (pricing & quantification): CostX, CostOS, RIB iTwo, Procore, RIB Candy
• Activity planning, scheduling & Critical Path Analysis (CPA): Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power Project, Open Plan
• Portfolio, project and contract management (cost & change management): EcoSys, PRISM G2, Cobra, Unifier
• Contracts and workflow management: Aconex, CEMAR, ASite
• Risk: riskHive, Active Risk Manager (ARM), Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, Xactium
• Experience with writing/ presenting reports and the ability to navigate through complex stakeholder environments and engage (as needed) with senior stakeholders in client teams;
• Familiarity with coding and the principles of modern computer system architecture advantageous.
• APM, PMI or similar certification or equivalent experience would be advantageous;
