Service Advisor -Exeter

Salary:
£27k basic + BONUS (Earning potential £37k)

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm, Every other saturday morning - 8am - 1pm

We have a new vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor for my client's main dealership in Exeter. My client is part of a large dealer franchise that represents some fantastic brands. This role suits a Service Advisor looking for a long-term career.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.

Support the aftersales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department.

Upselling any existing products to new and existing customers.

Service Advisor Requirements:
Must have high quality customer service experience, doesnt have to be in the motor trade- full training provided

Must have good communication skills

Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.

Full UK Driving License.
