    Are you looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? My client have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to join their specialized construction agency, where you'll play a vital role in assisting the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing for vacancies across the UK and Europe.

    They are a small but well-established and privately owned specialist recruitment agency operating within the international construction & engineering sectors. Working with some extremely busy and rapidly expanding blue-chip clients in some fantastic growth sectors.

    No prior experience is necessary as they are seeking individuals with a keen interest in recruitment and a strong desire to learn and grow in this dynamic industry. If you're enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to step into the world of recruitment, they want to hear from you

    As a Delivery Consultant, You'll
    • Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for their construction projects.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and database searches, to identify potential candidates.
    • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and standards.
    • Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
