- Monitoring and assessing quality standards of manufactured materials
- Managing the site complaint investigations to establish root cause of issues and corrective, preventative actions
- Assessing and monitoring the physical site standards in relation to the appropriate industry standards
- Participating in Continual Improvement activities
- Developing and maintaining systems for the approval of suppliers and obtaining the necessary information for regulatory affairs, legal and technical data
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and internal teams on the activities relating to industry compliance and regulatory affairs What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar Quality and Compliance role
- Experience gained in a manufacturing industry is highly beneficial, preferably within the FMCG market
- Skills and working knowledge of QA systems and practices
- Skilled in conducting audits of both manufacturing practices and business systems
- Sound knowledge of H&S, environmental and ethical requirements and business practices
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Ability to take responsibility for Q&A
