    What does the role involve?

    This is a 12-month secondment.

    Reporting to the Head of IT Governance and Risk, you'll be responsible for managing and improving processes across Group IT, ensuring that they all comply with the corporate governance requirements. This involves process reviews, documentation, and stakeholder meetings. A minimum of one day a week is required to work from our Leeds office.

    Some of your key duties will include:

  • Creating process flow documentation from the information gathered from the stakeholder meetings
  • Ensuring all processes are completed within a timely manner and accurately documented
  • Identifying potential improvements across Group IT's processes and managing the updates

    You come with excellent attention to detail and love to organise your day to prioritise work. You're a strong communicator who likes to engage and build positive relationships with various teams to understand potential risks and creatively map out new processes and bring them to life.
