    This role is home based, however, you must be based in the North forconsideration due to the nature of the role.

    As an Education, Skills, and Social Impact Manager you will primarily bea brand ambassador.

    You will passionately tell the Education, Skills, andsocial impact story to both improve brand sentiment and engagement andimprove awareness, consideration and conversion of the digital programmeoffering.

    My client believes that education is today's solution to aprosperous tomorrow, and you will act to connect anyone, anywhere with theskills to find jobs that build a brighter future.

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
    Scholarships which help underrepresented students make the most oftheir talent and turn education into employment.

    This will include offeringscholars ongoing training, development, and opportunities to network andconnect, giving them the tools to boost their potential, keeping as manystudents as possible in education, no matter what life throws at them.

    Skills development for all by offering on-the-job experience,connections and learning for the long term to boost people's potential,connecting anyone, anywhere with free learning pathways, to help grow theirskills and boost their potential.

    Work within local communities to develop deep and meaningful customerinsight on issues that are relevant to the bank. This will include focusgroups, quantitative and qualitative data gathering and reportproduction.

    Understanding political, environmental, social, and technologicaltrends and operate within current context to build relationships, developcommunications channels and influence key stakeholders to collaborate withthe bank's Education and Social Impact for the wider societalbenefit.

    What are we looking for?Experience of planning and organising best practices to mobilise theresources to get things doneAn understanding of political, environmental, social, and technologicaltrends and operates within current context which impacts our clientsbusiness.

    Marketing and communications knowhow to build local marketing campaignsthat are designed to build brand awareness, consideration of our offer(s)and conversion (as financial or non-financial clients).

    · Experience ofworking within a project driven environment (preferably PRINCE2 foundationexperience)In return, my client is offering an exceptional starting salary, bonusand benefits.
