    Description

    Our client is a Fit Out Contractor specialising in various internal construction packages such as Dry Lining, Carpentry, Flooring, Firestopping & Decoration primarily across the commercial sector.

    Based in Basildon with a satellite office in Canary Wharf , My Client has been trading for over 15 years and have gained an outstanding industry reputation within a niche market.

    This company undertakes projects ranging from FM Contracts, Sub-Contract packages and full fit out schemes operating as both a Main & Sub-Contractor.

    As a Contract Manager specializing in Passive Fire Protection, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of fire protection projects.

    You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in passive fire protection systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.


    • Manage the end-to-end execution of passive fire protection projects, from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and addressing any variances.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
    • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, providing insights into project performance.
