    Contracts Manager – Building & Construction
    Salary £50-£60k flexible DOE + Bonus + Company Vehicle
    Permanent
    Experienced Contracts Manager / Construction Manager required.

    A growing commercial principle contractor with an unrivalled reputation for customer satisfaction are seeking a contracts manager to join their busy and expanding team, if you are looking to work in a busy, thriving environment big enough to take on substantial commercial works but small enough for your efforts to get recognised this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

    The company, who deliver fit out, refurb and the full range of construction services are seeking a Contracts Manager that has qualifications in Building and/or Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience along with a solid commercial background.

    They must have full experience, knowledge and understanding of the wide range of various building trades, including up-to-date building techniques and methodologies.

    The Contracts Manager responsibilities include all commercial aspects of the projects from inception to project delivery through to completion and final account.

    This position would also suit a Senior Project Manager looking for a step up to Contracts Manager.
    To manage building projects, in a profitable and credible way, whilst endeavouring to exceed client expectations. To ensure ALL company policies and procedures are adhered to
