    Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake final checks and before booking of opportunities
  • Creation of Renewal opportunities
  • Work with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and Finance to assist in establishing the overall strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control of SFDC
  • Work with external data services to improve account and contact data in SFDC and prepare upload files
  • Ensure opportunity, contact and account record ownership is maintained correctly
  • Identify and ensure implementation of the best practice approaches for tracking and resolving data quality issues
  • Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality
  • Provide training to SFDC users on any quality controls implemented
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the business
  • Monitor and maintain exception reporting
  • Refine documentation for Sales and Sales operations processes

    • Technical Skills - Essential

  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems ideally
  • Experience in dealing with large volumes of data
  • Experience with data analysis, quality and cleaning Desirable
  • Excellent Excel skills
