    SDR Team Manager (Hybrid role - 3 days office/2 days home)


    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Manager to lead and develop our SDR team.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results whilst leading by example and hitting individual targets/KPIs.


    As the SDR Team Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy.


    To excel in this role you will need excellent time-management and organizational skills to balance the dual responsibilities of being an effective player/manager.

    This means leading by example, ensuring strong individual performance and targets are achieved.

    In this role you will be:nWorking closely with the Sales Manager to:nAs an Individual:n
    • Hit weekly, monthly and quarterly new business KPIs for discovery calls booked which lead to Sales opportunities being createdn
    • Proactively identify, engage and nurture, prospects within our Ideal Customer Profilen
    • Formulate creative and effective messaging via phone, email and social media to grab attention and build interestn
    • Leverage tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to work smartern
    ● Qualify prospects before booking meetings or demonstrations with a Sales ExecutivenWhilst achieving individual quota for meetings booked take the lead with the SDR team to provide:

    Leadership & Management:
    n
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs to achievenand exceed targets.n
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotesngrowth and success.n
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, ongoingncoaching and feedback.

    n● Strategy & Execution:
    n
    • Develop and implement effective SDR strategies and processes tonmaximize lead generation and qualification.n
    • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas fornimprovement and implement corrective actions.

    Training & Development:
    n
    • Ensure SDRs are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge bynidentifying training needs.n
    • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitivenlandscape to inform training content and strategies.n
    • Implement and maintain a structured onboarding process for newnSDRs to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the team.

    Qualifications:
    n
    • Proven track record of success in an SDR or similar sales role, with at least 2- 3 years of experience.n
    • Previous experience managing a team of SDRs or sales professionalsn
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and best practices.n
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.n
    • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus, as is a passion for web accessibility and digital inclusion.
