Asa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for theirfirm. Your professionalism organizational skills and friendlydemeanour will contribute to creating a positive experience fortheir visitors andcallers.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendlymanner
Answer and direct phonecalls to the appropriate person ordepartment
Provide information tocallers and visitors regarding the company and itsservices
Schedule appointmentsand maintain calendars for staffmembers
Perform clerical dutiessuch as filing photocopying and dataentry
Sort and distributeincoming mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized receptionarea
Requirements
ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative or receptionist rolepreferred
Proficient in usingGoogle Suite and other officesoftware
Strong organizationalskills with the ability to multitaskeffectively
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office managementsystems
Typing speed of at least40 words perminute
