- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of work experience in digital media sales, IT, account management or a related function
- 6+ years of experience in a quota -carrying sales role
- Fluency in languages required
- Experience in SaaS opportunities
- Experience in marketing or in a role making recommendations to marketers
- Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product enquiries
- Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce
- Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts
- Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources
- Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions
- Foster trust between customers and clients
- Reach mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
