What you will do:
As HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and driving the HSE&S initiatives to ensure that our operations comply with all regulatory requirements, company policies & standards, and RCMS requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in preventing financial losses caused by incidents and maintaining our community's trust in our operations. You'll work closely with all managers and co-workers, providing expert advice and support on HS&E issues and improvements. Your external contacts will include authorities, fire brigade, HS&E consultancy, neighbouring sites, and the chemical industry.
