    Company Description Plan B Creative Limited is a Brand Agency based in Birmingham.

    We are a Design Agency and a Creative Agency with a passion for website design, corporate identity and branding, advertising, video production, and all things digital.

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Web Designer WordPress Designer/Developer located in Birmingham, with flexibility for some remote work.

    As a Web Designer WordPress Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress.

    Your main tasks will involve creating wireframes and mockups, customising themes and templates, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring the overall functionality and performance of websites.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative and results-driven web solutions.

    Proficiency in web design tools and technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
    Strong experience with WordPress, including custom theme development and plugin customisation
    Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices for responsive web design
    Experience in designing and optimising websites for search engine visibility and performance
    Understanding of website analytics and ability to make data-driven design decisions
    Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our current portfolio of websites
    Complete monthly plugin maintenance on WordPress CMS
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with PHP and MySQL is a plus
