- Take full responsibility for the overall management and operations of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.
- Maintain an immaculate and luxurious environment throughout the residence.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, and other service staff.
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service and maintain professional standards at all times.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
- Managing and delivering an efficient and engaging first-class HR function.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the UHNWI and their guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure a seamless and personalised experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service standards.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the UHNWI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the residence, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to address maintenance issues or renovations.
- Implement and maintain strict security and health and safety protocols to safeguard the property, assets, and privacy of the UHNWI and their guests.
- Relevant and up-to-date qualifications encompassing the full spectrum of high-end hospitality service delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique hotel or private residence setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
