    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the UHNWI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Maintenance and Operations:

    • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the residence, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition.

    • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
    • Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience with accommodation (single or family)
    • Health insurance and other benefits
    • Opportunities for further professional development and advancement
    • Unique opportunity to work in a prestigious and exclusive environment.

Please express an initial interest with an up-to-date CV in the first instance. Thereafter, if after a first sift, we believe you be a credible applicant we will require you to agree to, and sign, a confidential NDA. Only then can client disclosure and discussions with you follow. (There is therefore no point in asking to speak or discuss the role until the NDA action is completed).
