    Sales Support Administrator

    Milton Keynes - Hybrid

    Full-Time, Permanent

    This is an amazing opportunity to join a world leading company in an exciting and varied role. In this role, you will provide administrative support to both our internal sales and operational teams. This includes activities such as: reviewing and process quotes, creating contracts, billing and renewals, client queries and cancellations as well as, general administrative duties.

    Additional responsibilities include:

  • Liaise and collaborate across internal departments i.e. finance, admin, sales, delivery etc.
  • Verify and process signed client contracts.
  • Review and process quotations ensuring attention to detail on key information.
  • Creating master client records upon contractual agreement
  • Responding to general queries received and handle billing, renewals, queries, cancellations, licenses from clients.
  • Produce weekly reports around sales, delivery, cancellations.
  • Review and provide any recommendations to improve processes i.e. salesforce, client journey, delivery, reporting.
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems
  • To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Experience of working within a sales admin team is essential
  • Previous experience of working towards tight deadlines or targets
  • The ability to effectively manage your own workload and priorities
  • Ability to follow structured processes with high attention to detail
  • Strong client focus and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • High level of computer skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP would be a bonus but not essential
