    Collins King & Associates is working with a leading events company in South East London, which is seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join their vibrant team.

    In this role, you will:

    • Play a vital role in crafting delicious and innovative desserts for a variety of high-profile events
    • Work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Oversee daily pastry production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines
    • Motivate and guide a team of pastry chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Possess a strong eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Has a minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end catering or events environment
    • Demonstrates exceptional creativity and a mastery of various pastry techniques (cakes, tarts, mousses, chocolates, etc.)
    • Possesses excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
