Description

Job Title: Aerospace Engineer at Safran Landing Systems

Responsibilities:

Work proficiently with FE tools such as ABAQUS
Perform classical static stress and fatigue analysis
Collaborate with various business areas: Chief Engineers, Programmes, Test Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.
Participate in audit reviews and product validation
Engage with external stakeholders like suppliers, customers, regulatory bodies, and industrial organizations
Identify analysis solutions, recommend improvements, and review designs
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of aerospace design and manufacturing processes
Experience in aerospace materials engineering and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and working with FEA tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an IPT environment and meet deadlines
Educational background in engineering (HNC/HND, BSc/MSc)

Specificity of the job: This position may involve occasional travel within the UK.
