- Guide and mentor new hires through induction process
- Provide comprehensive info on company values, culture, policies, and procedures
- Address new employees' queries and concerns, offer support
- Conduct on-the-job training in operations department
- Collaborate with supervisors to design tailored training programs
- Assess trainees' progress, provide feedback and additional training
- Mentor apprentices, provide guidance and support
