    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic creative team.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our creativity, documenting and guiding others on our brand visual identity, delivering standout design outcomes across multi-channels throughout marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, sales and revenue helping to drive success for our business.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background from in-house and agency worlds, understand fast paced environments, have worked on end-to-end creative outcomes, coupled with a passion for fostering collaboration and driving excellence in design.

    You'll be a team player and a stronger leader across multiple projects at once.

    You understand the difference between brand and branding, using this knowledge to empower creative solutions that resonate with our audiences across channels.

    You're able to ruthlessly prioritize to help drive business success.
    You work seamlessly with marketeers to deliver solutions that are scalable and help drive performance.

    You understand building creative writing systems and toolkits that allow others to understand and implement the creative across teams, channels and regions.

    You understand all channels and formats you're writing for.

    Elevating Creativity:
    Helping the team elevate our creativity through various projects, all while bringing our stakeholders on the journey.

    Brand Guidance & Evolution:
    Develop and implement best practices, guidelines, and standard design practices for the creative team


    Enhancing Self Serve:

    Support the creation, testing and implementation of self serve templates and tools – allowing others to design at speed without compromising our brand and relying on too much design time and effort.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables


    Leadership and Mentorship:
    Provide leadership and mentorship to the creative design team. Proven experience (6+ years) in creative design and branding
    Strong understanding of design tools and technologies and creative production processes.
    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
    Familiarity with the creative industry trends and emerging technologies is preferred.
    Experience/knowledge with/of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
