Domus are on the lookout for a Registered Manager in Strood, Kentto lead a dedicated staff team across Supported Living servicesdeveloped for adults with Learning Disabilities.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and overall quality of the Supported Living provision, as well as Outreach Support.
Managing the recruitment, performance and development of staff
Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support
Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
