Every shift for an Autism Practitioner changes a life.

We're looking for caring, patient, fun people from all backgrounds to join our teams working with autistic young people with complex needs.

Whe ther you have experience in a care environment, or don't have experience but have a passion to help transform the lives of the young people at Prior's Court - we'd love to hear from you.

We operate a rota based on a rolling pattern of early and late shifts throughout 52 weeks of the year, including weekends and public holidays.

Our early shift starts at 7am and finishes at 4pm and our late shift starts at 2pm and finishes at 10pm.

For those who are not experienced in care, we offer a comprehensive, free training programme including hands-on working alongside experienced and senior team members, resulting in the completion of a Level 3 diploma – gain a salary increase upon completion of the Diploma (usually within your first 12 months) and become eligible for promotion to Autism Practitioner Level 2.

We have colleagues who completely changed their careers to come and work with us and now thoroughly enjoy how rewarding it can be to support autsitic young people at Prior's Court.

Prior's Court Foundation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

The different skills, experiences and backgrounds our employees bring to their roles create a workforce as diverse and individual as the young people we support and makes Prior's Court a special place to work.

All young people at Prior's Court are autistic, have severe learning disabilities and complex needs. We strive to help them to be healthy, happy, more independent and have the opportunity to work.

We aspire to transform the lives of even more autistic young people with complex needs and continually push forward with improvements and innovations to provide the best possible care.

Every donation to Prior's Court, no matter how big or small, will help build a brighter future for autistic children and young people with complex needs.
