- Identifying and pursuing opportunities and to sell to new clients.
- Understanding print and label brokering
- Servicing existing clients circa £400,000 and maintain strong relationships with them as well as growing existing work.
- Providing expert advice on label solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborating with the sales director to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
- Strong knowledge of labels, particularly digital and high-performance labels.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and will include a competitive base salary plus an excellent commission.
