    We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team.As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementingour SEO strategy to enhance organic search rankings, boost website traffic, anddrive conversions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conductin-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive websiteaudits to identify areas for improvement.

    Job Duties


    • Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhanceorganic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.


    • Conduct extensive keyword research, competitoranalysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization andimprovement.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including content creators and designers, to optimize website content andstructure for search engines and user experience.


    • Monitor and analyse website traffic, searchrankings, and user behaviour using various analytics tools to identify issuesand opportunities for improvement.


    • Continuously improve website performance, with afocus on Core Web Vitals and other key performance indicators.


    • Stay up to date with industry trends, bestpractices, and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies are effective andup to date.


    • Manage the relationship with our external SEOagency, review their recommendations, and implement appropriate actions toachieve desired results.


    • Report regularly to the SEO and Website Lead,providing updates on key metrics, progress, and the effectiveness of our SEOstrategies.

    Experience and Knowledge


    • 4+ years of work experience as an SEO Executive/ Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search rankings anddriving website traffic.


    • Hands-on experience conducting keyword research,competitor analysis, and website audits using industry tools and platforms.


    • Familiarity with various SEO techniques, such ason-page optimization, off-page optimization, content optimization, linkbuilding, and technical SEO.


    • Experience in monitoring and analysing websitetraffic, search rankings, and user behaviour to identify issues andopportunities for optimization.


    • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and their impact onuser experience and website rankings.


    • Experience managing relationships with externalSEO agencies and implementing their recommendations to achieve desired results.


    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data,identify trends, and make informed recommendations for SEO improvements.


    • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies andtools to optimise website elements for better conversion rates.

    Software Experience and Knowledge


    • Proficiency in using SEO software and tools,such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic, or similar platforms,for conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.


    • Experience with website analytics tools,including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools, totrack and analyse website performance, organic traffic, search rankings, anduser behaviour.


    • Familiarity with data visualization tools, suchas Google Data/Looker Studio, to create visual reports and dashboards forpresenting SEO metrics and insights.


    • Proficient in using crawl and site auditingtools, such as Screaming Frog to identify technical SEO issues, broken links,duplicate content, and other website optimization opportunities.


    • Experience with backlink analysis tools, such asMajestic, Ahrefs, or Moz, to evaluate the quality and relevance of backlinks,identify link building opportunities, and monitor backlink profiles.


    • Knowledge of rank tracking tools, like SEMrush,Moz, or SERPRobot, to monitor keyword rankings and track the performance of SEOcampaigns.


    • Experience with website speed testing andoptimization tools, like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Pingdom, toassess and improve website loading times and Core Web Vitals metrics.


    • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)and their SEO capabilities
