BAND D; £ £34,834 (Full Time – 37.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern; 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Manager to;
• maintain the internal and external fabric of the school's premises as a safe working environment.
• manage the caretaking and cleaning staff.
• ensure the security of the school(s) premises.
• ensure plant and school equipment are maintained.
• liaise regularly with the Business Manager and Executive Head Teacher on site management issues
The successful candidate will;
• have experience within school site maintenance role.
• be hard working, flexible and enjoy working collaboratively.
• have effective organisation and communication skills.
• Be able to work with contracted service providers is essential.
• Be able to create and work towards agreed actions and action plans.
• be able to work in and promote a supportive environment.
• support the school in securing the best possible experience and outcomes for our pupils.
• have a caring attitude towards children.
The successful candidate will be required to live within a reasonable travelling distance, as no site accommodation is available.
