Join Our Customer & Digital Services Team as a Service Desk Analyst
Permanent Position | Full-time | Grade F: £28,770 to £31,364 per year
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service to become part of our Desktop Services team at Warwick District Council. In this role, you will provide crucial desktop support to over 600 users, including council members, ensuring smooth operation of ICT services.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing technology use by offering timely support, advice, and solutions, as well as exploring new technologies. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential for success.
In addition to resolving second-line issues, you will specialize in areas like Office 365, Cyber Security, and System Centre Configuration Manager. You will also contribute to enhancing overall efficiency through system development and implementation.
Applicants should possess a degree in an ICT-related field or demonstrate significant hands-on experience with Microsoft networked systems. Prior experience in customer service is a must.
