    Lead system-level quality engineering and delivery in a cross-functional mobile engineering team to deliver high quality solutions that improve outcomes for our customers
    Lead the test approach, automated testing and where appropriate, manual testing of complex systems
    Lead from the front when appropriate, and from behind to grow more junior engineers
    Elevate quality and security posture of applications in the wider Outcome Team
    Elevate quality and security posture of the Capital One Android and iOS mobile apps, working across multiple engineering teams

    The primary languages of our mobile quality engineers are Kotlin and Swift - the ideal candidate will already be adept in these languages in the context of writing automated tests.
