- Act as a primary point of contact for LIMS-related technical support queries within the EMEAA region.
- Collaborate with the colleagues within the global support team to triage, prioritize, and resolve submitted tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to end-users in navigating and utilizing LIMS systems effectively.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LIMS software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Conduct system configuration changes and updates as necessary to address user requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support efficiency.
- Participate in the testing and validation of software patches, upgrades, and new LIMS functionalities.
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or system enhancements to improve overall stability and user experience.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent by experience.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for systems, preferably within a laboratory or scientific environment.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting techniques for diagnosing software, hardware, and network issues.
- Enthusiast-level programming knowledge, with experience in languages such as .NET, Python, VBA, Java, SQL, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours to support critical system issues.
- Understanding of LIMS functionalities, data management principles, laboratory workflows and Quality management systems (ISO, FDA, ..) is a plus.
