    Description

    Quant Pricing has formed a fresh team with the exciting task of developing a pricing platform. This platform will be utilized by quant research and other teams within the firm for constructing models and ensuring precise pricing of traded products.

    The Quant Pricing Engineer will oversee the architecture and development of our derivative pricing platform. This platform serves as the foundation for the pricing models used in valuation and risk management across the firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and managing the essential daily infrastructure and processes involved in producing internal datasets crucial to various trading strategies on a global scale.

    The role will involve, but is not limited to:

    • Working closely with Research, Trading, Treasury, and Risk to design and develop the quant pricing platform from scratch.
    • Collaborating with pricing quants to ensure accuracy and consistency, and conducting analysis and simulations for enhancements.
    • Engaging with internal tech teams on the utilization of pricing APIs and datasets.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in developing high-performance pricing platforms.
    • Proficiency in modern C++.
    • Advanced programming skills in Python.
    • Experience with front-office pricing libraries.
    • Familiarity with relational and timeseries databases.
    • Exposure to distributed systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
    • Comfort with Numpy, Pandas, and Jupyter.
    • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making technical decisions.
