    Restaurant Manager
    £31,500 + £2,500 Service Charge
    RH10
    We're on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an amazing team at a 2AA Rosette restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be in charge of the restaurant's operations, making sure everything is ready for service and warmly welcoming and accommodating guests.
    Restaurant Manager Ideal Profile
    • Neat and polished appearance
    • Outstanding communication skills with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
    • Extensive knowledge of food and beverages to deliver exceptional service and guide the team
    • Prior experience in managing or supervising in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is essential
    • Able to lead and motivate a team of servers towards excellence
    • Due to the rural location of the hotel, having your own transportation is a must
    Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
    • Keep the restaurant clean and ready for service
    • Hold pre-shift briefings to ensure staff are informed and confident
    • Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
    • Plan employee schedules effectively
    • Manage alcohol service, including a selection of wines
    • Check guest satisfaction levels and address any feedback received
    • Resolve any service-related issues promptly
    • Handle billing and process guest payments
    • Prepare the restaurant for the next shift at the end of each service
    • Ensure work areas are tidy and orderly before closing
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development
    • Recruit and train new team members
    • Coach and develop staff to meet service quality standards
    • Select and acquire wines that complement the menu and suit guests' preferences
