    Regional Development Manager


    Our client is a prominent independent grounds maintenance provider committed to enhancing outdoor spaces, cultivating environmental improvements, and overseeing diverse growth initiatives on behalf of our esteemed clientele.

    With over 30 years of experience catering to both public and private sectors, our client has earned recognition for delivering top-tier, award-winning services throughout the UK.


    The Regional Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing additional projects and infill grounds maintenance contracts to meet and exceed regional sales targets.

    This role involves cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients, preparing pricing and proposals for timely submission within the region, and overseeing services such as Landscape construction, Grounds Maintenance, Arboriculture, winter gritting, and minor building and civils work (e.g., This challenging yet collaborative role focuses on securing Extra Works projects ranging from £10k to £500k and GM infill contracts up to £200k per annum. Develop the written proposal, enhancing both content and presentation.


    • Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
    Keep the business informed as opportunities progress.

    Attend marketing events and support content creation, including case studies and award nominations.

    Commercial acumen.


    • Confident and articulate in all communications, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communications.
    • Highly competent in MS Office software.
    • Driving Licence - daily travel to customer sites.
    Business development and public sector bid experience.
