    Description

    You will support commercial and business growth, customer engagement and communication requirementsthrough: ¿ Implementation of mobile; data; UX and customer engagement strategies, providing direction forweb operations and leading, managing and supporting digital projects across the business.

    In addition, you will support continuous improvement of the web platform:
    Essential Criteria ¿ Minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject e.g.

    Marketing, IT/ Business Web/Multimedia ¿ Minimum of 3 years¿ experience in development and improvement of a large, Enterprise level website¿ Experience in system performance analysis and statistical reporting, data analysis and presentation/ reporting¿ Experience of working in formal project environments/ testing ¿ Experience of managing internal/external customer and stakeholder engagement, including management of digital supplier contracts¿ Experience of working in an agile project management environment with experience of managing concurrent projects Desirable Criteria ¿ Accredited in formal project manager (foundation)/ in recognised project management methodologies¿ Experience of digital project management using PRINCE2 and/or Agile project management methodologies Please Note:
