    Description

    I am looking for a Head of Design and research, to join a one of the world's leading private banks and wealth firms.

    You will be leading design and research across the business, driving strategic initiatives and managing the design strategy across all core banking products.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
    • Be exceptionally strategic with brilliant stakeholder management skills
    • Experience within highly regulated or financial services environments
    • Experience leading top performing teams including researchers, prioritising mentoring and coaching above micromanagement

    What they can offer:

    • Up to around £130,000 - £160,00+ bonus
    • Hybrid working in central London, 2+ days a month
