    Description du poste

    Votre futur environnement de travail :

    Les équipes Sopra Steria Transport accompagnent au quotidien leurs clients pour optimiser les plans de transports, superviser la circulation, planifier la gestion des ressources et de la capacité, tout cela pour permettre d'augmenter la part modale du transport ferroviaire et urbain.

    Les projets, réalisés quasi-exclusivement en engagement de résultats, se concentrent sur la mise en œuvre de solutions en temps réel, les enjeux de performance, et le redesign de SI historiques pour les adapter aux nouvelles attentes métiers. Les experts Sopra Steria interviennent notamment sur la production ferroviaire, le parcours voyageur, les nouveaux services postaux, la vente omni-canal, le data management, et l'asset management.

    Sopra Steria prend en charge un nouveau périmètre Asset Management pour notre client, un acteur majeur du Transport. Ce projet inclut la gestion d'un portefeuille d'une vingtaine d'applications analytiques et d'actifs orientés DATA/BI.

    Votre rôle et missions :

    Accompagné(e) par un chef de projet, en tant que Product Owner DATA/BI, vous intégrez une équipe Agile qui vous soutiendra jusqu'à la réussite de vos missions.

    Vous collectez et analysez des besoins métiers/données et les traduisez en fonctionnalités et rapports spécifiques.

    Vous définissez et communiquez la vision du produit pour aligner toutes les parties prenantes.

    Vous élaborez et rédigez les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques détaillées, et définissez et organisez le backlog produit.

    Vous supervisez et participez aux phases de tests et de validation des solutions développées.

    Vous identifiez et formalisez des cas d'usage liés au traitement des données, en participant à la conception et à la modélisation de données (maîtrise des langages SQL et des outils de requêtes).

    Vous assurez l'intégrité et la qualité des données sur tout le processus d'ETL, en industrialisant et optimisant la gestion des flux de données.

    Vous contribuez à l'analyse et à l'exploration des données pour en extraire des insights pertinents, et à l'amélioration du reporting et du pilotage de la performance.

    Vous contribuez à la structuration de l'écosystème Data/BI du client pour faciliter la prise de décision, proposant de nouvelles solutions de tableaux de bord et d'aide à la décision, tout en partageant votre savoir et en contribuant à la progression des membres de l'équipe.

    Environnement technique : IBM DataStage, Cognos, Talend, Tableau Software, Power BI, BO SAP, Oracle, Data Integrator, Databricks

    Qualifications

    Vous aimez travailler en équipe, avez un sens de l'écoute à toute épreuve, vous êtes rigoureux(se), êtes bon communicant(e) et disposez d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous avez un sens de l'engagement et le respect des jalons.

    Diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieurs ou d'un Master 2 ou formation équivalente, vous justifiez d'une solide expérience d'au moins 6 ans en tant que Product Owner Data/BI, avec une expertise technique notamment sur Datastage et Cognos.

    La connaissance des métiers du ferroviaire serait un plus vous permettant d'appréhender avec aisance les problématiques de l'équipe technique.
