- Handling initial claim notifications and understanding the scope of coverage
- Interacting with various stakeholders such as clients, underwriters, and third parties (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.)
- Assisting in the payment and settlement of claims for clients with underwriters
- Coordinating discussions and providing technical support to enhance communication between clients, underwriters, and their representatives regarding claim handling and settlement
- Performing data analysis to determine the claims history and identify trends for a specific client or business segment
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure the sharing of relevant information and completing tasks as required by Aon and your line manager
- Experience in handling renewable claims from the initial loss notification to resolution
- Understanding of Energy claims and the ability to coordinate discussions with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferred)
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A-level or equivalent education and Cert CII certification is a plus
