- Support the business owner in adhoc tasks as required
- Preparation of meeting packs for the Financial Adviser
- Act as a point of contact and effectively deal with clients and other parties, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships
- Conducting investment portfolio reviews
- Completing Annual Reports to be issued to clients
- The completion and analysis of Client CashFlow reports
- Product research and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Act as technical support to the Administrative Team
- Carry out tax calculations and assessments for Clients
- Financial Services experience essential
- High level of analytical capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate verbally with clients
- Excellent writing skills & attention to detail
- Selfstarter who will hit the ground running and is used to working under their own initiative
