    Principal Estates Officer

    Finance & Property Services

    Permanent, 37 hours per week

    Grade 8 i.e. £36,648 to £40,221 per annum

    This is a great opportunity for a suitably qualified Estates Officer to work closely with both our Facilities and Growth and Enterprise teams to ensure that we have a fit for purpose estate and to help identify opportunities for improvement across the estate.

    In this vital role, you will undertake hands on proactive management of the Council's commercial estate, including landlord and tenant, property management, carry out asset valuations as well as advising other departments within the Council on property related matters.

    Bassetlaw is an attractive place to live and work.
