Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our landscape team in Worcester as an Associate Director/Technical Director of Landscape Architecture. In this role, supported by the board Director, you will lead and manage the landscape architecture department, providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and creative leadership to deliver outstanding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects across various sectors.
Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and team members.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Passion for sustainability, placemaking, and creating landscapes that enhance the well-being of communities.
